A little bit about me...

Hi there!

It's an absolute privilege to be creating a platform to bring together all that has defined my own journey so far, my personal, professional & spiritual experiences and most of all my passions, to be able to share it all with you!

I started my professional path in healthcare at the age of 24, after completing a bachelors degree in social work. Little did I know that my learning would only begin.

​

I have practiced as a clinical social worker for 20 years - both in the healthcare system & privately: supporting, accompanying, counseling and helping clients regain an equilibrium in their bio-psycho-social functioning. I have learned so much regarding the human condition, the barriers, challenges, 

the resilience and possibilities.

Some years after I began my clinical social work practice, when I was 27 years old, I discovered Yoga and I dedicated myself to its practice. It was much later, in 2014, after a 6 month retreat in India to be certified as an Isha Hatha Yoga teacher, I returned home, this time tooled with the powerful practices of Yoga.  This lead me to further my studies into the Vedic Sciences.

I offer sessions with a holistic approach, addressing all facets of our being, holding non-judgmental and a safe space and working towards the personal goals of wellbeing of each individual.
